CULTURAL FUSION EXHIBITION | 2021
Lucent is an exploration into the visual aesthetic of neon lights as an art form. The project has influence from different elements of the United States and Qatar, bringing them into one luminous display.
It draws inspiration from the nostalgic era of vintage America, where neon-lit signs often reigned proudly over the buildings and highways - in combination with the flourishing activity of modern nights in Doha, where glowing lights bring dark spaces to life.
